We design, engineer, and manufacture industrial ovens, fryers, burner systems, and heat exchangers purpose-built for continuous high-volume snack food production. Multi-Tier Conveyor Oven

47% less gas

Our flagship multi-tier conveyor oven stacks up to twelve independent belt levels within a single thermal envelope, processing three tons of product per hour while consuming roughly half the energy of conventional single-pass designs. A sealed cavity restricts air inflow, and counter-current heat circulation ensures every BTU is absorbed before it reaches the exhaust. The result is an oven that runs cooler on the outside, hotter on the inside, and cheaper on the gas bill. Continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Dual-Velocity Burner System

Patented ULTRA-GLO Technology

The heart of every IET system. Our patented dual-velocity burner architecture pairs high-velocity combustion for driving heat through exchanger circuits with low-velocity ribbon burners that eliminate the flame lift-off problem that limits conventional designs. Seven burners per assembly, arranged in a central-plus-circumferential pattern, with flame communication between adjacent burners for automatic re-ignition. The engineering that makes everything else possible.

Integrated Cooking & Frying Systems

4,000 lb/hr capacity

Complete thermal processing lines that integrate our burner assemblies, serpentine-circuit heat exchangers, cooking vessels, oil management, and filtration into a single engineered system. The cooking fluid is replaced at the exact rate the product absorbs it, eliminating full oil changes, reducing waste, and maintaining consistent fry quality across millions of pounds of product. From combustion to conveyor, every component is designed to work together.

IET holds a patent portfolio spanning three continents and four generations of thermal processing technology. From the original multi-tier oven architecture filed in 2008 to the modular heat exchanger systems published in 2025, each patent represents a problem the industry accepted as unsolvable, until we solved it. Our intellectual property is protected across the United States, Europe, Australia, Brazil, and Mexico. Our equipment operates on six continents.

Three Decades of Precision Engineering

IET started in 1993 in a Sydney workshop. One engineer, one client, and a combustion problem nobody else could solve. That client was Australia's largest chip manufacturer. Thirty years later, our ovens, burners, and thermal processing systems run around the clock in production facilities across six continents.

We only do one thing. We don't build packaging lines, seasoning systems, or inspection equipment. Combustion, heat transfer, and thermal processing. That's the entire company. That narrow focus is why producers who could buy from anyone choose us, and keep choosing us.

Every system is designed, engineered, and fabricated in-house. We hold patents across four generations of technology. The most recent was granted in 2025. Our founder still leads every major engineering programme.
